Every item on TopLoveHouse is produced after you place your order. That keeps quality high and lets us personalize each piece — and it means delivery includes both production time and shipping time. We work with vetted print partners in different regions; timelines below are typical guides, not guarantees for every postal code or customs office.
Carriers
Depending on destination and product, orders may ship with major carriers (for example USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, or local post). The carrier assigned to your package is chosen at fulfillment time based on speed, cost, and service coverage.
Processing
Orders enter production after checkout is completed and payment is authorized. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order summary. When your parcel ships, you should receive a message with tracking information (once your fulfillment workflow is connected in production).
How to read delivery timing
The estimates below combine production expectations with travel time guidance. Personalized gifts usually do not ship the same day, so the best planning move is ordering early for milestone dates and holidays.

Peak seasons
Around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, graduation season, Halloween, Christmas, and other peak gift periods, production and carrier scans may take longer. Order early and set clear cut-off dates on your homepage during campaigns.
International orders & duties
Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees collected by customs or the carrier. These charges are usually the buyer's responsibility unless you explicitly offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) pricing. TopLoveHouse does not control customs processing times.
Tracking
When your package is scanned into the carrier network, tracking events should appear on the carrier's tracking page. If no events show for several business days after dispatch, allow time for backlogs — then contact support@toplovehouse.com with your order number.
Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We cannot accept liability if a parcel is delivered to an address you entered incorrectly, or if a redirect request made with the carrier after dispatch results in loss or delay. Our team will still try to help you resolve issues fairly.
Large formats & PO boxes
Oversized items (for example large canvas or framed pieces) may not be deliverable to PO boxes and may ship in split parcels. Update this section if certain SKUs require signature confirmation or residential-only delivery.
