Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Products & customization
- Product images and mockups are illustrative. Minor color or placement variation may occur due to materials, lighting, and print processes.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of personalization (spelling, dates, names, photos). We may refuse orders that infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful content.
- Made-to-order items may not be cancelable once in production — see our Returns & refunds page for details.
Pricing & taxes
Prices are shown in USD unless you configure multi-currency. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be collected where required. International customers may owe import duties — see Shipping.
Payment
Payment is processed through the payment method you enable in production. You authorize us (and our payment partners) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.
Shipping & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise. See our Shipping page for timelines and carrier information.
Intellectual property
All Site content (logos, text, graphics, and software) is owned by TopLoveHouse or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or exploit the Site without permission. You grant us a limited license to use content you submit solely to fulfill your order.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
